I think that is kind of cool that we can see a doctor via telehealth.The advantages of seeing a doctor via telthealth is that it is conveniet and you would not need to travel far away to see a doctor.But the disadvantages are that may be the doctor will give us the wrong medicineas he or she can't see you in real life.if I were to choose to see a doctor via telehealth or to take the time and travel to see the doctor,I would rather choose to take the time and travel to see a doctor.
The webcams may break down and if the elderly do not know how to operate the computer or device during the emergency it may be very dangerous. the advantage is the patient do not need to travel faqr if the clinic is far away.including the elderly if they are with disabilities.

I think that seeing the doctor at home using the tele-health is good ,for the doctor or patient need not travel to see each other.It will be more convinient for both the doctor and the patient.But the disadvantadges are,the doctor might sometimes hear wrongly and give the wrong medicine.If it occurs the patient's condition will be worsened and the doctor will get into trouble.So traveling to the doctor is a more safer way to treat your illness,even though it is inconvinient it is still the best choice.

The advantages is that we can cure our illness or diseases faster. We can also talk to the doctor without waiting or queing up. We can talk or caht to the doctor while saving time and a few dollars. The time we can save is the time taking a cab, the car or a bus. The disadvantages is when we have to pay high bills when we see a doctor. We also have to eat or drink bitter or sweet medicine. I also hate it when we have to take it everyday even at morning, lunch and at dinner. the medicine that we eat also contain some other kinds of drugs. The drugs would make us dizzy and we would also sleep. If we eat it at the morning, at school we would feel like sleeping and cannot focus well. If we do not eat medicine, we would spread the germs to other people, and other people would also have the germs or diseases.
The advantages of telehealth is that you can communicate with your doctor anytime you want.If you are very sick and you can't get ou of bed, you can still get into contact with your doctor.And you can also ask yuor doctor about how you can treat yourselves when you have a flu or an ilness and there are no doctors anywhare near you.
The disadvantages are that you can't get your pills or medcine. You will have to go to the hospital yourselve instead of getting your medcine right after you see a doctor.

The disadvantages of 'seeing' a doctor at home on via telehealth is that,the doctor cannot check the temperature of the patient and when you use the webcam.The face on the screen will not be shown clearly.And the doctor cannot see the patient too!
The patients also cannot have thieir medicine or precribtion and must go to the hospital or clinic.those are the disadvantages of 'seeing' the doctor at via telehealth.
and the advantages id'seeing' the dactor on via telehealth is that,the patient does not need to drive the car personally just to see the doctor in the clinic or hospital.that would help you save time,and money.It also lets the patient more time to communicate with the doctor.
The patients do not need to queue for a long time just to see the doctor for consultation in the hospital or clinic.In the clinic or hospital,there are some patients with diseases who would spread germs to you.Which means that that there is a high possibility to have their illness.So it is better to stay at home and use the webcam to 'consult' the doctor.Those are advantages of 'seeing' the doctor via on telehealth.
But till now,I still feel that consulting the doctor is the best option for me.

Seeing the doctor is big advantage.Did you know that a lot of people in Singapore get injured or sick.It is really hard for people tnat are injured or sick to rush to the clinic or the hospital.The via telehealth is very useful as patients can communication without having to travel to each other.The only disadvantage of the via telehealth is that the patients cannot take their medicines straight away.One disadvantage is that it is quite expensive to pay for the via telehealth.This is modern technology.This is very usefulin future use.
The avantages are that if a old person is sick,the old person dosen't have to walk all the way to the doctor and walk back again,he or she can just look for the doctor and communicate with him or her on the internet.the other avantages are like saving money.the disavantages are like you can't recive the medicine on time or if your waiting for your medicine to arrive,your sickness may become worse or in a result,you may DIE.hopefully that does NOT happen

They cut down hospitalisation because lots of new people get hurt and more people are there as they are hurt so they must be put on they beds for medical treatment.Sonsome people are sent off to their homes for aprroval for new beds.So they are cutting down hospiltalisation.

In response to Guan Heng,I also agree with his comment.Because most elderly(s) do not know how to use the webcam.
Seeing the doctor at home is a advantage but you would have to pay more money to buy a webcam and sometimes you would have to be sent to the hospital for check up as the doctor could not bring every single equipment and medecine as thedoctor could only see.And sometimes the patient could not understand what the doctor is saying.
I think that doctor's should install webcams, video camera at the patient's house.there is a good and bad point.
The good point is that it helps the patient communicate with the doctor without going directly to the clinic or hospital or other places to go when you are sick.As the place you might be going has to travel a long distance and if you are travelling a long distance then you are in trouble if you are suffering from intense bleeding and you will suffer from loss of blood and you will faint.the bad thing is that the doctor can invade your privacy and that you will recieve blackmail if the doctor has your adress.The doctor will pester you.So i still think the doctor should put the video camera at other places.

The advantage is that patients do not need to go to the doctor directly,they can just speak to them onthe webcams and sometimes they may learn something about medical from the doctor,the patients can also find out what they band the doctor like in common ,for example,collecting stamps. They may like to go out together. The disadvantage is that when you are sick,the doctor cannot see what had happened to you and cannot prescibe medicine to cure your illness. You have to go to the clinic where the doctor is to allow the doctor to see to your illness and prescibe medication for you. when you go to the clinic you have to wait for your turn. Sometimes you have to a]wait for almost one whole hour! If someone is to accompany you,they may get the germs from the clinic and fall sick.

I think the telehealth option is good because the paitients dont have to go directly to the doctor and waste time. it is also good because if it is raining you will remain dry and warm in your home. but the the disadvantages af this telehealth is that some poorer people may not be able to aford a computer. using web cams also use alot of electricity. the doctors will also not be able to test the patients for symptoms of the illness. the patient will also not be able to recieve the medication needed on time. sometimes, the internet connection may not be so good and the doctor may hear the wrong information

The advantages is that we can just stay at home and wait for the doctor as there is no need to travel when there are internet services,webcams and microphones installed in both patients and doctors house.The disadvantages is that when the doctor comes to our house, the fees are much more expensives and if the clinic is far away from our house it might take some time for the doctor to reach our house and as the doctor did not know what our sickness were, he might not take any medicine with him and or sickness will become worse to bad.

The advantages are able to talk to the doctor without walking to the clinic or hospital.This is good for the people that are sick and its very hard to walk and the people who are disable or weak.This way people can book a appointment at the hospital with a doctor without going to the hospital.This way you do not to call the doctor if you can make appointment.Plus you can know the face of the doctor so you will not go to the wrong doctor.The disavantages are if the doctor is a fake and a criminal the will able to know where you live and rob your place.

The advantages are that you do not need to walk or rushes to the clinic for treatment and check-up,all you got to do is activate your webcam and thats it!! Newspaper says that it will be possible for patient's health problems to be monitored without their needing to leave home.It will be private as the one being sick will know his sickness.
The disadvantage are if you are urgent to have it right away,you must wait for the doctor or nurse to deliver it to you.
I do not think the telehealth is a good idea because if the patient is very sick and is/or paralyzed they won't be able to move and the patie nts would have to waste money buying the webcams and the doctors or the patients could not understand what each other are saying as the connections may not be good

Telehealth has some advantages and disadvantages.Telehealth helps people to save to go to hospital.It also saves money.But the disadvantages are that you have pay higher fees.You would have to buy the medicines in a pharmacy and it is the same when the vists you.So I think visit the clinic is better.

I am commenting on venus .I will agree with her only 99% because we cannot comunicate with the doctor anytime we want .Sometimes he could not be able to communicate with us as he is a busy man .Venus ,your 'doctor' spelling is wrong . Nextime ,be careful with the spelling errors

I think it is not a good thing because if or sickness become worst the doctor cannot come in a quick time and it is also very expensive.i would prefer if we go to the clinic and what if the sickness is very serious than we have to go to the hospital than that would have more problems and if we use webcam it would be very expensive for poor people.But if rich people can afford for it than that is good for them but the best is to go to the clinic so that the doctor can check if the patients is serious or they just have to take some normal medicine.
