Imagine you are the owner of a law firm looking for fresh graduates to join your business.

We could give the employees a higher salary and bonuses. Those that are new to the company or place,we could show them around and could also hand them a small hamper to welcome them to the law firm. We can give longer breaks then other companys. We could be giving them a two hour tea break. If we treat them too well they will take the people around them for granted. The old employees will feel like they are buyers.We could supply they the uniform and give them smartphone so that they could get closer to us. That would be easier for us to e-maikl us if there was any problem they needed help.We could hire more employees so that we can lighten their work loads. In order to attract more fresh graduates to join my buiness,I can give them some privileges.First,having an ipad 2 for emailing is a good idea to communicate from somewhere faraway.Giving them a laptop is also something good for looking for information about the work when working outside.The lunchtime given will be two and a half hours from 12pm to 2.30pm.There will also be some workshops the workers of the company they can attend to get some new skills.There will only be 8 working hours.
