Are you feeling stress ?

What causes you to feel stress ? What are you going to do about it ?

If I am feeling stress, I would take deep breaths or read a good book to cool myself down. If neither of them works, I would try to do some push ups or other kinds of exercise.

Stress means that you are too angry.When you are stressed,means that you cannot control.It means that you feel like crying because of freingship or mum's keep nagging.e.g;

please wash the dishes!do your homework!sweep the floor!
Stress is things that you keep worring and cannot get it out of your head.To help you to get rid of it,you have to think:What causes it?After that,try to forget it or to solve it.Another way is to pour out your anger by
squeezing a stress ball,playing doing sports,Relax yourself.
all your problems are solve!

My stress is the homework I have and also the weakness in english,Maths and science.First,the homework.Some stress on the homework is either the question is difficult or there is far too much homework or the homrwork is difficult and also far too much for me.(the two parts are together.)And the stress in the weakness of subjects.Sometimes if my English is so bad,what I have spoken to people was a broken language.People that I spoken to never correct me.In that way I will not know that what I just said not long ago is wrong.Even writing composition sometimes, I will have difficulties.Maths,the weakness is that I don't understand the question.When I don't understand the question, I will not be able to do the work.When I do not know how to do the work,I will start to stress up and go,"oh no!oh no!what should I do?" Then I will pull my hair or pinch my arm to stop myself from doing something foolish.

There are many ways of stressing. Most stressing are from work, they found that they got too much work to do and feel scared.They will have stomach pain, dizzy, no appetite and even fall sick.There are parents divorce stress, friendship stress, family stress, and homework stress. Actually, we can do some relaxation move to less stress yourself. We can exercise or continue their hobby, like,swimming, drawing, singing, dancing, or more.Even if you still feel stress, do not drink coffee, tea or other unhealthy drinks. Managing stress is very important. If we can manage stress,we will feel smart, act smart, think smart, and talk smart.

Today my teacher show us a slide project .It was about stress . Stress is a very easy activity .I am always stress as I have a lot of homework and I need to take care of my properties as my sister and brother take my property and break it .Whenever I am free ,I watch TV ,draw ,act like cooking ,do phisycal education and do some origamis .In school ,my teacher give us some homework but doesn't check at all that make me angry and tired .In P4 ,I didn't receive enough sleep .Sometimes in the morning ,I sleep in the bus .Everytime the bus driver shout at me .From this time ,I will not be stressed at all as I and my family are togeter and also I do my homework on time .

1: I would make a long and curvy maze. It would have 2 walls each side and a 10 by 3 cm rectangle crawlig hole. The children can learn to crawl in thin walls. ( for all levels P1-P6)( Must be in P.E attire, 21KG-30KG)
2: Then we;ll build a few monkey bars for the students to train their muscles for their muscular system. They must swing from the first to the last on by not dropping or falling into the cold and icy water(for P5 and P6)
3: I would build a very long tunnel for students. It woukd be ultra dark and have lots of turns. You must wear a helmet, a night vision goggle, a small pistol(fake sound) with laser attached(real laser) and a medium sized jackek. It's just like an adventure game. There will be tile on the floor. \if a student step on a wrong tile(recommended) a trap will activate, ethier targets or others, the student will ake a step back and shoot it in the bullseye.( All levels)

Yes,i am feeling stress,the stress is on the activities i need to go on weekends and have no time to rest! I am very tired after i reach home,Once i come back home,just rest for 1 hour then go and bathe.....Awhile later we are going to grandmother's house. I had to entertain my niece and nephews...Bathing,playing and take care of them is my job.Once i reach home,I just watch tv for a minute,mum call me to bathe..its making me feel extremely stress out and all the school work will even add my burden.This saturday,i must do all my things very fast because when my father come and fetch us,we must get ready and set off to ION Orchard.....Stress is my Enemy ~Cherlyn Chong 4H~

What causes stress is that there is to much homework to do and we think that we are in trouble.Stress also means that we are angry and we cannot control ourselves.There a lot of stress, like ,friends,to much homework and many others.We can prevent stress by using a stress ball so that when we are angry we can squeeze it.Or if we have a homework stress we can ask teacher to expand the deadline,we can also think positively like 'I can do it' 'I must do my best!',this how we can prevent stress.

i am felling stress because i do not have good sleep , mom nagging at me to much ,studying to much ,exam coming .i do not no what to do .if mdm zahida don't mine i would like to ask mdm zahida if i can take a few day break if she allow than i will tell my mom.but i am scard to ask my mom because she will nag at me like you cannot you must go to school and your exam is coming ,one week later is your exam . by faye

Our teacher talk about stress at the last 1 or 2 days ago , stress is a sort of emotion that you get somthimes stress is not good for our body so I know of a way to realese my stress for example your mother is always nagging at you, to avoid it be a good boy/girl so that your mother will not scold you and if your maths homwork or english is giving you stress just practice so that you can do those maths or english questions quickly without any trouble. If tution is too much for you to handle just study hard and pass your exams so that your mother will be happy and maybe quit.

mostly stress are from homework or maybe works for adults, but do you know stress is NOT good at all.It will make you stomach pain, dizzy, no appetite and even fall sick so please dont be stress be Cheerful forever and Always :D :D

My tuition makes me feel stress and worried. I feel that I have not done my work and about to get scolding from my tuition teacher. I will play whenever I am stress. Playing is like my medicine. Whenever I got stress , I will play , it makes me feel relaxed. I kind of feel worried everytime I have something to do with studing. Maybe it is just a feeling or stress.

If i'm stress i'll take 10 deep breathes,go play basketball or go play computer and some times do my favourite homework i mean the subject i like :) or if i'm really stress like if i break up with my friends i'll ask my mother to cook my favorite food like tamato rice,brinjal fry,lemon rice or instead of eating i play game if you want to know what makes me stress the most it is EXAMS and studies bye bye have to go back to class

I have stress when i fight with my friends or when i have lots of things to do that i cant handle i would like to relief stress by looking at green things listening to music and maybe playing with the computer

I feel stress because of exams as they are coming near.my mother says if I get 80 marks^,She will get me everything I want.I feel stress about it because I am scared that I will fail.I will work even harder to achieve my goals.

I think Mabel is right but you casn also excercise to relieve stress too!!!! If you have stress problems you can also try to tell yourself that you can do (something) eg. Play the piano..........And you must have confidence in yourself.

Homework causes me stress.Whenever I do something,I sometimes feel stress about homework.I am stress because I thought that I cannot do finish my homework on time.

Everybody gets stress often and it's usually because of homework or parents nagging at you. Sometimes, I get stress but not really often because I can take things easy. I don't really tired often exept waking up early for school. If I'm stress, I will doodle something which I don't know what is it.

Do you do your homework yourself?If you ask your parents everytime,you will not cope when you are left on your own to do your work.Thats why you feel stress.

Many staff make me stress.For example,some of the people in my neighborhood alway play at the neighbood park and make alot of noise at night when i'm trying to sleep.

they always expect us to be responsible and independent. i hate when my mother nags at me every morning, afternoon and night. i think that when ANY mothers nag, you get stressed,annoyed or irritated. i sometimes ignore my mum if she nags at me....do not fight back when your mother nags at you as it is very rude. 0.0

I have never gotten stress before... I wonder what it would be like to have stress...But I hope not to get stress especially in P5...I heard that P5 is the hardest of all levels... Even harder (but not more stress) than P6...

I feel stress when i have to do a lot of homework to do expecially Maths. I have trouble with Maths usually when i have to do homework i like to do the easy one first. A lot of people like to do the hard one firt but if i do the hard one first which is Maths i will take hours to do it and then i will become stress and once i get stress i won't be able to do anything.But i cope it by asking my parents or teachers for help. I feel better when my parents ot teachers help me and i can do it i feel much much better.
